REFUND POLICY
Miracle Waist Product Information - Due to health and sanitary reasons, ALL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
**NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, STORE CREDITS ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS (WHEN APPROVED BY MIRACLE WAIST)**
If a product is damaged or defected, you must contact Miracle Waist within 24 HOURS of receipt/delivery by calling 912-264-9242 to file a claim. We require proof of purchase and proof of damage. Once your claim has been filed, it will then be processed. Once there has been a determination made on the claim, a Miracle Waist Specialist will contact you directly. If you filed a claim past the 24 HOURS of receipt/delivery, we WILL NOT be able to handle your claim. If the item has been altered or tampered with in any way, it will not qualify for an exchange and will be returned to the consumer. We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
If you are missing items from your package, you have 24 hours after receipt of your items to contact our office at 912-264-9242 to speak with a customer service specialist. If you contact our office after this allotted time, we will not be able to assist you.
DO NOT RETURN any items without notification/confirmation. Please notify Miracle Waist by phone (912-264-9242) before a return. If an item is returned without notification, the client will be responsible for any and all return shipping fees. Please note, the client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid to Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale. The cost of shipping will not be returned and we will not pay for the return shipping fee.

Shipping fees are non refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any items that have been used, and opened.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
No order can be altered or cancelled after it has been completed on our websites or the payment has been processed.
There will be no refunds of any monies for any cancellation requests made from the date of order.
Any cancellations done after the submission of payment will not be reimbursed by Miracle Waist
