SHIPPING POLICY

Please Allow UP TO 7-14 BUSINESS Days to Receive Your Order!

  •  Normally orders deliver within 7-14 business days, but Depending on Demand, Global Events and Holiday Shipping Hours some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal!
  • Processing Time
  • ALL ORDERS TAKE 2-5 Business Days TO PROCESS PRIOR TO SHIPPING, Depending on Demand!
  •  If you place your order after 2pm during normal business hours or over the weekend your Orders Processing time starts the next business day; excluding holidays and inclement weather.  
  •  Shipping Transit Times
  •  International orders will be processed during the same time .
  • 7-14 Business Days Shipping Transit Times
  • If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your orders processing time starts on the next business day; not including holidays and inclement weather.

 Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
  • Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order.
  • We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping addresses will be processed.
  • If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned.
  • If Mink Hair Wholesale reships your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

 Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance for an additional $2.99 per order. This covers lost, stolen and damaged packages after a claim has been filed with your local post office or carrier. From the time of delivery of the package, customers have 48 hours to report a lost, stolen, or damaged package. if customers do NOT select this option at checkout, their package is NOT insured internally by Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale and will have to file a claim with the courier of their package. 

If a customer pays for this shipping insurance, he/she will be eligible for only one claim with Miracle Waist for a new package to be sent out. Proof of damaged items must accompany any claims and a claim number for the package must be filed with your local carrier before a package can be reshipped. Once a claim number has been provided, please contact Miracle Waist at 912-264-9242 with your claim number for us to further process your claim. 

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

Any refused or unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse. If a customer requests reshipment of package due to it being returned to our warehouse, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for reshipment of the item. 

Lost/Missing/Damaged Deliveries

Miracle Waist is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your packages states that it was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (USPS) directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) Monday – Friday 8 AM – 8:30 PM ET or Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM ET. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. By completing a purchase with Miracle Waist, you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policies.

  • If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier if you did not purchase shipping insurance with Miracle Waist. Please check for lost/missing/damaged packages with the carrier to file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. 
  • If your domestic, USA delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at 912-264-9242 so that we can assist you in locating your package.
  • If your International delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 30 days or more please call 912-264-9242 so that we can assist you locating your package.
  • If missing items are due to the mishandling of your shipment (torn, taped or repackaged), you will need to contact your local Postal Service to file a claim if you did not purchase shipping insurance with Miracle Waist. 
  • Our customer care representatives take every measure possible to ensure that all clients receive their proper items. If an item is missing, we will complete a form and escalate the claim. The process for reviewing or investigating these claims could take 5-10 business days. Once the investigation is complete, a supervisor will contact you about the status of your claim.

Inaccurate or Missing Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.
  • Once your order is placed, we cannot update your address.
  • If you place an order and the address was not accurate or complete we cannot guarantee that it will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you.
  • Miracle Waist will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses.
  • Client will be responsible for shipping fees to have products reshipped to new address 

  Customs and Import Taxes Additional Fees & Taxes for International Orders (Outside the USA)

  • Miracle Waist is a USA based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties or any additional fees charged by local economies.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • Miracle Waist is not responsible for Country Import fees or any delays due to customs.
